By midcentury the around 300 million people have to relocate from coastal area, as they will be submerged under sea.

The main pillar of the food chain is the vegetation. The outcomes of arctic ice melting like polar vertex, increased heat waves, and unstable weather will play a crucial role to harm the crops and overall vegetation. The continuation of this damage will shake the whole food chain and takes life to the verge of extinction. The Arctic region is a home of Polar bears, reindeer, walruses, Snowy owls, Arctic foxes, and many other species. The continuation of ice loss and melting of permafrost has raised a critical situation for their habitation and survival. Not only animals, but humans also have to refuge for their habitation. Simultaneously, the hunger for food may encourage the conflict between wildlife and humans.

It contains the remaining of carbon based fossils, plants and animals which couldn’t be decomposed due to low temperature. The permafrost of the arctic region is a huge storage of methane gas which is a greenhouse gas. When the ice thaws, it releases the amorphous amount of this methane gas which increases the rate of warming. This causes more ice melting due to increasing temperature and the cycle of ice melting continuously to a progressive rate.
